Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the Project Union X platform, developed and maintained by Netsource SL, which provides integrated solutions for managing projects, tasks, documents, and performance in engineering and architecture. By using the system, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of Project Union X implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any provision contained herein, they must immediately discontinue the use of the platform.

2. Definitions

  • User: an individual or legal entity that accesses and uses the Project Union X platform.
  • Platform: an online system accessed through web browsers or web applications.
  • Account: an individual registration created for authentication and use of the platform’s features.

3. Registration and Authentication

To use the features of Project Union X, the user must create a valid account, providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

4. License of Use

Project Union X grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the system according to the contracted plans. It is prohibited to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express authorization from Netsource SL.

5. Plans, Payments, and Renewal

The use of the platform is subject to the contracted plan (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise), as described on the official website. Payments are securely processed, and renewal occurs automatically at the end of the current period, unless previously canceled by the user.

6. User Obligations

  • Use the platform in an ethical, lawful, and responsible manner.
  • Do not share your access credentials with third parties.
  • Do not attempt to bypass, decompile, or modify the system’s operation.
  • Ensure that the information and documents submitted are legitimate and authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, design, logos, trademarks, icons, and other visual elements of Project Union X are the exclusive property of Netsource SL and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any misuse of these elements is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Project Union X is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties. Netsource SL is not responsible for any losses, interruptions, indirect damages, or failures resulting from misuse or external factors, such as connection failures, internet providers, or natural disasters.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Netsource SL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a risk to the security and integrity of the platform. The user may request the termination of their account at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be periodically updated to reflect improvements, new features, or legal adjustments. The most recent version will always be available on the official Project Union X website, automatically replacing previous versions.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and, subsidarily, by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of Valencia, Spain, are designated as having jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the use of the platform.
